1. Acceptance
By using BabyBloom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
BabyBloom is a child growth tracking web application that allows parents and caregivers to log and visualise weight, height, and head circumference measurements against WHO growth standards.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BabyBloom.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. BabyBloom is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You may sign in using your Google account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
BabyBloom offers a free tier and paid plans (BabyBloom Plus, BabyBloom Family). Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
6. Your data
You own your data. BabyBloom claims no ownership over data you enter. You can export and delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another user's data without authorisation, reverse engineer our systems, or use automated tools to overload our infrastructure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
BabyBloom is provided "as is". Percentile calculations are based on WHO reference data and are intended for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice about your child's growth.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyBloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
